Celebrate Bike Month with MARC!

This spring, the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) is celebrating all the ways bikes build community, link places and create lasting bonds in the Kansas City region. From the people you meet to the places you discover, bikes connect us.

• Join the Bikes Connect Us Community Ride: MARC is partnering with community-ride group, Women-Led Cycling, to host a community bike ride on May 25! This free, family-friendly event will include participation from more than five community ride groups. Learn more about the ride.
• Attend a community event: Visit the Bike Month hub to see a full schedule of community bike events. From family rides to bike races, there’s an event for everyone. Have an event you’re planning? Let us know! 

• Share a bike story: Have you made a best friend while biking? Discovered a hidden gem via a bicycle? Share your story with us!

• Ride your bike to work or school and log your trips on WAY TO GO: It’s never a bad time to try adding a bike to your commute, but Bike Month is an even better time! Plus, if you log your bike trip on the free WAY TO GO app, you’re eligible for monthly gift card drawings and discounts from local businesses.
