Ronelle Neperud
Communities have always been a passion for Ronelle Neperud, beginning
with her roots in rural mid-Missouri.
Over the past 27 years she has had the opportunity to match her passion with her work with organizations that support the development of neighborhoods and leaders.
Her community development work enabled her to fund, train and mentor more than 50 community organizers and interns in social work and urban affairs as well as touch the lives of hundreds of neighborhood leaders, locally and regionally through community building and leadership development training programs.
Ronelle has a bachelor's degree in social work from Avila College and Master's degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Currently, Ronelle is president of Discovery Source, Inc. where she is continuing to help organizations and individuals realize their potential.
When she isn't facilitating training for individuals and groups, Ronelle can be found in her gardens at home or her church, connecting with her large family, doing home improvement projects or conducting training for an Existing Church Development Program for United Methodist churches in eastern Kansas.
