That’s why numerous companies, organizations, and government agencies across the Kansas City metropolitan area have joined together in the AirQ Workplace Initiative.

Partners in this initiative learn proactive actions that make the air healthier. Many of these actions also save time or money.

If employers and employees support the AirQ initiative and take a few simple steps in how and when they go about some of their daily activities, Kansas City will make great strides toward clearing the air and reducing Ozone Alert days.

Does this cost anything to join?
No. This initiative is part of a federally-funded public education and outreach grant.

I’m part of a huge corporation, and only my department is interested. Can just my department join?
Absolutely!

I’m part of a small company. Are you only interested in the big guys?
Everyone can make a difference. Please join!

How do you communicate with my company?
All communication goes directly to your company’s AirQ Coordinator, who relays the information to the rest of the company.

Would you share my contact information with anyone?
No.
