Living systems are formed through processes of selforganization that are distinctly different from one's leadership style of planning, control and hierarchy.
We will explore the dynamics of selforganization as the means to create strong and resilient communities, where citizens are fully engaged in creating change.
Discussion will focus on the role of leaders in fostering selforganization, and leadership that is sustainable over time, able to weather crises and challenges.
