What you'll learn:

This workshop will provide an overview of the newly adopted APWA Erosion and Control Specifications and a preview of the draft design criteria. Bill Blackwell, Deputy County Engineer for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas and Bill Heatherman, Stormwater Engineer for the City of Overland Park will lead the discussion.  They are the co-chairs of the Erosion and Sediment Control subcommittee of the Kansas City Metro Chapter APWA, Water Resources Committee. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to join in the discussion and will receive a copy of the new specifications and materials on the draft design criteria.
