Link for Care

Linkforcare.org is an online database that connects you to many regional resources

LinkforCare.org is a regional online database of resources that can help veterans, older adults, persons with disabilities and low-income residents gain greater access to services in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Using this comprehensive directory, users can access resources in 12 service categories:

  • Agencies and Associations
  • Transportation
  • Financial Help
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Housing Choices
  • Care Management
  • Personal Services
  • Safety and Security
  • Caregiver Resources
  • Health Care Services
  • Mental Health
  • Legal Concerns

The Link for Care project was made possible with a grant from the Federal Transit Administration’s Veterans Transportation and Community Living Initiative. MARC worked with area partners, including the University of Kansas Medical Center, University of Missouri—Kansas City Center for Nonprofit Leadership and Churn Creative, redeveloped an existing database that combines current resources with a user-friendly navigation menu and contemporary design.
