Contact the Ombudsman Program

If you or a loved one are having a problem in a nursing home, you may contact the Ombudsman Program by calling 816/474-4240 and speaking with Michelle Brown or Susan Lundquist. All calls are kept confidential.

If you would prefer, you may also submit a comment or question using this form. If you would like a response from program staff, please include your name and phone number or e-mail address. Again, these communications will be kept confidential.

If you live outside Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, or Ray counties and are in need of assistance, contact the Missouri State Long-Term Care Ombudsman at 1-800-309-3282 for the person in your area or you may check this map (.pdf file).
