Event to honor early learning professionals

The 9th Annual Quality
Celebration will be held on March 23 at the Pembroke Hill Ward Parkway Campus,
5121 State Line Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The event honors early learning
teachers, centers and family home providers who have earned credentials or
degrees or achieved national accreditation in the past year.
Meredith Hoenes, co-host of Kansas City Live on KSHB-TV 41, will serve as the evening's emcee, and entertainer Jim Cosgrove, known to local children as “Mr. Stinky Feet,” will provide the keynote address.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The program begins at 7:00 p.m., and will be followed by a reception.

Attendees should note that Pembroke Hill is a smoke-free campus.
The Quality Celebration is sponsored by The Family Conservancy, Francis Child Development Institute, the Mid-America Association for the Education of Young Children, Mid-America Head Start and the Mid-America Regional Council.
