11th annual Quality Celebration to honor early learning professionals

Map of Pembroke Hill CampusThe 11th annual Quality Celebration will be held on March 27 at the Pembroke Hill Ward Parkway Campus, 5121 State Line Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The event honors early learning teachers, centers and family home providers who have earned credentials or degrees or achieved national accreditation in the past year.

Jerry Kitzi, director of the Francis Institute, will serve as the evening's emcee, and L. Carol Scott, executive director of the Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network, will provide the keynote address.

Doors open at 6:15 p.m., followed by a light reception from 6:30–7:15 p.m. The program begins at 7:30 p.m.

Attendees should note that Pembroke Hill is a smoke-free campus.

The 11th annual Quality Celebration is sponsored by The Family Conservancy, Francis Institute, Mid-America Regional Council’s Metropolitan Council on Early Learning, The Mid-America Association for the Education of Young Children, Partners in Quality, and Project EAGLE.
