First Suburbs Coalition to celebrate remodeled projects with tours

Using ideas and floor plans inspired by MARC’s First Suburbs Coalition Idea Book, several homes in first-ring suburbs have been remodeled recently and will be open for touring.

In Raytown, a ribbon cutting will be held for the “Raytown Remodel” on Friday, April 28, at 8:00 a.m. the home is at 6236 Manning. If you’d like to tour the home, it will be open on Sunday, April 30, Saturday, May 6, and Saturday, May 13.

The First Suburbs Coalition is also sponsoring five entries (including the one pictured at right) in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Remodeled Homes Tour on April 29 and 30.
