MARC supports several public health efforts in the region, including:
- MOHAKCA, the Metropolitan Official Health Agencies of the Kansas City Area
- The Public Health Subcommittee of the Regional Homeland Security Coordinating Committee
- The Medical Reserve Corps of Kansas City
