LEPC Trailer Request Form

The LEPC Community Education Trailer may be used by members at public education events in their communities. To reserve the trailer for an event, please fill out the following form:

Please note: To transport or use the trailer, your agency or organization must agree to the terms specified in the Trailer Use Agreement. Please print the agreement and fax a signed agreement and the requested certificate of insurance to Erin Lynch at 816/421-7758. After faxing your Trailer Use Agreement, please contact Erin Lynch at 816/701-8390 to arrange to pick up the trailer at the storage site. Before the event date, your agency or organization might also find it helpful to review the trailer manual. This manual is also located in the trailer.
