The MARC region includes nine counties in Greater Kansas City -- Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte and Ray counties in Missouri, and Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte counties in Kansas -- and 120 cities, served by a number of EMS agencies. Douglas County, Kan., while not part of the MARC region, is also a member of MARCER.
