Water Quality Public Education Committee

Since 2003, MARC has convened a committee of local/state/federal governments, non-profits, private sector businesses and citizens aimed at educating the public about non-point source pollution.

This committee uses a collaborative approach to implement a regional water quality based education plan aimed at reducing nonpoint source pollution through education and action.

The Regional Water Quality Public Education Committee meetings are held quarterly. Meetings are usually held at the MARC conference center at 600 Broadway, Suite 200.

The public is welcome to attend.
