Living Room

The living room was updated with paint on walls, a new fireplace mantel, plantation shutters and a bay window. Hardwood floors were refinished to enhance the room.

The updated fireplace has marble and solid wood decorative features and is topped by a large mirror, which creates the feeling of a larger room.

Dining Room

The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to expand and open the space.

Kitchen

The kitchen was updated with granite countertops, new appliances, a new door, plantation shutters and refinished hardwood floors.

Master Suite

Master suite on second floor was updated by painting walls and replacing light fixtures.

First Floor Bathroom

First floor bathroom updated with new ceramic tile, new pedestal sink, bathtub and light fixture. The original tile floor was in good condition and remains.
