Local Government Fee Survey

Thank you for taking the time to input fee data for your community. This information will assist cities and counties in the region to determine the appropriate amounts and methods for calculating fees in their respective areas.

Representatives from each municipality should be registered users and have received a username and password in order to access the database. If you have not registered and you want to enter information please go to the registration form. A registered user can submit new fee information and/or modify any previously submitted information.
