Certified Public Manager Program Faculty
Charles Jones is director of the KU Public Management Center and a second-term member of the Douglas County Commission. He teaches graduate courses in KU's Department of Public Administration, bringing to public management students his entrepreneurial skill and his experience in elective and appointed office.
Jonathan Morris has trained public, not-for-profit, and corporate-sector professionals along the continuum from entry-level employees to executives. He has provided leadership and team-building training to city, county, state, and federal employees.
Bill Reardon was elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 1974 and has served District 37 since that time. He taught government and social studies at Bishop Miege High School until his retirement in 2004.
Terri Callahan, program manager for the Kansas Certified Public Manager Program at the University of Kansas Public Management Center. She teaches a variety of managerial topics for all levels of managers in the public sector. Terri is an affiliate member of the American Academy of Certified Public Managers.
