Addressing the Needs of the Growing Hispanic Population
Part II: Workshop
Addressing the Needs of the Hispanic Population is a pre-requisite to this class.
In this extended break-out session, you will work in a small group to outline specific programs to meet the needs of your Hispanic clients. After a brief review of the key concepts from the first class, plan on working in a small group to uncover your organization's client touchpoints and develop specific solutions for reaching the Hispanic community. The prioritization and feasibility process will help you identify quick solutions as well as outline stretch goals. Plan on leaving the workshop with an actionable list of programs and next steps to take back to your agency or organization.
Benefit from the instructor's expertise in marketing, communications and Hispanic programming, and leverage her as your own personal consultant during the workshop as you develop your next steps to reaching the growing Hispanic market.
