Survey Design for Local Government
Surveys can provide you with valuable information about people and their opinions, but far too often poorly designed surveys give the wrong answers. Our speaker will provide an overview of types of surveys, discuss general survey applications and customer service surveys, and outline a variety of techniques for designing surveys. Finally, he will cover two key issues: when to use which survey technique and how to develop effective survey questions. You will want to attend this session if you develop or analyze citizen surveys or are involved in any public engagement activitiy.
