Workplace Boundaries
In today’s fast-paced work environment, it is important to maximize relationships quickly without inadvertently stepping out of bounds. Often, we are in dual relationships – both supervisor and friend or colleague and sweetheart. These dual relationships cause challenges.
Come explore what boundaries are and how they impact today's work world. We discuss what’s appropriate and what’s not, as well as the do’s and don’ts of physical contact and sexual relationships in the workplace.
You will leave class better prepared to enhance your working relationships and less likely to inadvertently offend others. You’ll be able to identify workplace relationship challenges, understand boundary dilemmas and be better able to respond when challenged by dual relationships.
