Cascading Style Sheets II
In this second-level CSS class, we begin by exploring the use of CSS in page layout. We investigate absolute and relative positioning, floats, and fixed-position layouts. Forms are common Web site tools, and CSS allows us to integrate the look and feel of our Web site into the form elements. Controlling link behaviors and styles will help our visitors, so we investigate the uses of pseudo-elements to style links.
Finally, visitors to the site may use something other than a traditional Web browser. We investigate the use of alternate style sheets, print style sheets, and media selection to bring our content to the site visitor.
Participants should have completed the CSS Basics class, or have familiarity with Level 1 content, in order to enroll for this course.
