For the second half of the program, O’Neill will be joined by a panel of local government administrators who will provide us with their perspective on how their local governments are addressing sustainability and other pertinent issues. There will also be time at the end of the program to have an informal conversation with O’Neill on current issues.
O’Neill has held the position of city manager in Hampton, Virginia, and Fairfax County, Virginia. He also served as executive director of the National Academy of Public Administration.
