Constructive Feedback
Local governments need to be responsive and quick to solve problems, so constructive feedback to correct potential employee problems and improve processes is a critical skill for supervisors.
You will learn how to give and receive constructive feedback that will strengthen communication channels, help identify problems early, and build relationships with staff, peers and managers while promoting mutual respect.
