Individual Development Planning
A key to individual growth is a sense of personal responsibility for development. We must plan for our unique developmental needs and include ways to receive feedback from those who are in a position to be objective.
You'll learn why an IDP should be a component of the performance appraisal process, the necessity for having an IDP in order to solicit constructive feedback from the employee's supervisor and how to set a course of action that will enable development to take place.
