Temporary Traffic Control / Flagger Certification
A prerequisite for the ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification, this course will introduce you to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the ATSSA flagging handbook. You will learn about flagging operations and equipment, temporary signing requirements, specification of devices for work zones, emergency vehicles in work zones, and human factors in work zones. (The course is approved by the KDHE for five hours of re-certification training for water and wastewater operators.)
