Parliamentary Procedure
Knowing when and how to effectively participate in a meeting requires special knowledge. This full day class will acquaint you will the tools to be an effective leader or member of a group. You will learn how to propose your ideas, polish the proposals of others and arrive at a meaningful conclusion. The rules of Parliamentary Law are based on a careful balance of the rights of persons, subgroups, or the assembly's total membership. These rules are based on a regard for the rights of the majority, of the minority, of individual members, of absentees, and of all these together.
