Effective Negotiation
Negotiation is not synonymous with confrontation. Assuming a winner and a loser in negotiation is a common misconception. Successful negotiators aim to have others feel as good about the outcome as they do. In its essence, negotiation is striving for mutual advantage. This is especially key when there is or will be a long term relationship. The objective should be to look for a better deal for both parties.
In this seminar you will learn and practice a step-by-step model for effective negotiation.
