Outcomes Measurement
Take the complexity out of outcomes measurement! This hands-on class is designed for persons with little or no background in program evaluation. It gives you a practical, working knowledge of how to set and measure program outcomes.
In part one, you'll review examples of outcomes and basic measurement techniques for different kinds of activities as well as learn how to use the results. Later you'll write a simple one-page outcomes plan. In part two, you'll reconvene to review the plans prepared by participants. You'll receive extensive time for questions and answers as well as individualized feedback on outcomes plans.
All participants receive a copy of United Way's Measuring Program Outcomes: A Practical Approach.
