Breman Anderson, Jr., is employed at the Little Blue Valley Sewer District.

Karen Anderson is owner of Anderson Catalyst Training Services in Lenexa, Kansas.

F. Leigh Branham is principal of Keeping the People, Inc., an Overland Park, Kansas consulting firm.

Sergeant Bart Branyon serves as a TSU Sergeant in the Patrol Division of the Olathe Police Department, and as president of the MTOA. He is a certified instructor in the fields of chemical agents, less-than-lethal systems, noise flash diversionary devices and field force crowd control.

Dick Bundons retired recently as Academic Director of Community Outreach at Johnson County Community College. Bundons holds a master's degree in business administration and has experience in accounting and management in both the public and private sectors.

Sergeant Fred Farris serves with Lenexa, Kansas Police Department.

Mona French is an independent consultant specializing in computer software. She develops curriculum for Microsoft Office products and provides proficiency training and assists users through classroom training and on-site sessions. Mona earned a master's degree in education from the University of Missouri.

Jack Enter, Ph.D., is a private law enforcement consultant based in Auburn, Goergia.

Steve Gerson, Ph.D., is a professor at Johnson County Community College. Steve teaches English, business writing, computer, and technical writing courses for JCCC and is a consultant for many area businesses and agencies. He is the author of two books and dozens of articles focused on technical/business writing and grammar.

Jeremy R Hall, J.D. is a Human Resources Consultant for Creative Business Solutions, Inc. Jeremy providing human resource products and services to assist organizations in the prevention and handling of sexual harassment and discrimination complaints.Jeremy has a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He is completing his thesis for a Masters in Criminal Justice from Washburn. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science from Southwest Baptist University. Jeremy is currently a member of the Topeka YWCA Career Assistance Network Board of Advisors, and on the Kansas Fair Housing Project Team.

Tiffany Hentschel is the human resources coordinator for the Johnson County Library. She has a B.A. degree in Human Resource Management and a M.A. degree in Human Resource Development. Tiffany has worked in the human resources field for ten years and has experience in both the public and private sector. She holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and has been involved in training and development since 1990.

Jari Holland Buck is an organizational consultant and is President of Majestic Wolf, a consulting firm in Overland Park, Kan. She has over 20 years of experience in retail, wholesale and service corporations and in employee/labor relations, training and development and team building. Jari is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator administrator and received her B.A. from North Central College and her master's degree from Northwestern University. Jari is regarded as a creative, energetic change agent, possessing highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to actualize coaching and dignity in the workplace.

Gayle Hopkins, SPHR, is owner of Organizational Performance Solutions, LLC, in Lee's Summit, Mo. She has over 20 years experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Gayle has developed competency models for multiple organizations and also has experience in succession planning, performance management, leadership development and helping managers improve the performance of their own departments/units.

Claudia James is owner of James Educational Meetings and Seminars (JEMS) in Kansas City, Missouri.

Barbara Johnson, Ph.D., PMP, is Vice President of Leadership Development Services with Mandorla Enterprises, LLC, Overland Park, Kan. The company is a national organizational and leadership development firm with offices in Dallas and Kansas City. Barbara earned the Project Management Certified (PMP) designation in 2004, and earned her Ph.D. in Sociology (Organizational Behavior and Social Psychology) from Boston University in 1987.

Keith Krieger is the owner of Krieger Technology Management in Kansas City, Mo. He has been training people in the Macromedia products since version 3 of Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. He is currently delivering training with the MX and MX2004 versions. He has also been delivering training courses in the Adobe suite since version 3 of Photoshop and is currently training people in the Creative Suite product, including GoLive. Keith delivers the entire Web design and development curriculum at the Center for Business, Johnson County Community College. This includes all of the Macromedia and Adobe products.

Lieutenant Don Krone is a twenty-year veteran with the Lenexa, Kansas Police Department.

Chief Glenn Ladd is a 25-year police veteran and heads the North Kansas City, Mo., Police Department. Chief Ladd has been certified as a trainer of the Situational Leadership model by the Center for Leadership Studies in Escondido, Cal. He holds a master's degree in criminal justice administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Jim Lauer is vice president of Management Strategies Group, Inc., a management and industrial safety consulting firm.

Jeanie Lauer is principal of The Management Edge in Blue Springs, Mo. Her extensive experience includes strategic planning, problem solving, team building, process improvement, performance management and mediation.

Jerry Lickteig is a consultant with the Management Strategies Group, Inc., a management and industrial safety consulting firm.

Randy Means is a partner in the law firm of Thomas and Means, and co-founder of the Southeastern Center for Police Law; he served as Police Attorney for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, from 1982 to 1990. He was formerly Chairman of the Legal Department at North Carolina's State Law Enforcement Training Center and Coordinator of Legal Training for the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. He has been a featured speaker at National Conferences of PRIMA, STRIMA, IPMA, IACP, FBINAA, National Academy of Corrections, and the National Conference of State Personnel Executives. He is currently retained by a variety of law enforcement agencies and associations. His Juris Doctor Degree is from the University of North Carolina School of Law. His work has been discussed on 60 Minutes and featured on Law Enforcement Television Network.

Carol Nalbandian, Ph.D., works with governing bodies, management teams and executives in strategic planning, goal setting and team building.

John Nalbandian, Ph.D., chairs the department of public administration at the University of Kansas, where he has taught since 1976. In 1998 and again in 2001, US News and World Report repeated the University of Kansas' graduate program in public administration number one in the country for local government education. In addition to his faculty position, Professor Nalbandian served on the Lawrence, Kan., City Commission from 1991-1999, including two terms as mayor.

Susan Robinson, SPHR, has over 20 years experience in field of human resource development and organizational development. She specializes in evaluating the impacts of training and development and is a human performance analyst and instructional systems design specialist. She is principal of Strategic Learning Resource, LLC, in Lee’s Summit, Mo.

Barbara S. Romzek is a professor of Public Administration at the University of Kansas.

Kristin Scott, M.S.M., PHR earned her Masters of Science in Management from Baker University and Bachelors of Business Administration from Washburn University. She served as the President of the Topeka Chapter for the Society for Human Resource Management in 2003 and 2004. Kristin also serves as chair of the Hispanic subcommittee of Workforce Development for Go Topeka. She is active in the Topeka Chamber of Commerce having served as an Ambassador and now as a Diplomat. Kristin has training expertise in the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Personality Driven Behaviors, Generational Differences and Networking.

Gail Schaplowsky is project manager with the IT Program & Service Management Office, a division of Information Services of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kan.

Mark Shapiro has more than 20 years of experience in Kansas City's nonprofit community. Since forming his consulting firm, In Focus, in 1991, Mark has prepared more than 350 grants that have generated funds for non-profit and public sector agencies throughout the Midwest. He also has served as a consultant to Heart of America United Way in the implementation of its Outcomes Measurement Project.

Sergeant Cary Smithmier is with the Liberty, Missouri Police Department.

Cynthia B. Stotlar, M.Ed., SPHR, a professional speaker, is master's prepared in adult education and has over 20 years of experience in business management. She has provided consulting and customized training to over 50 organizations including municipalities, county governments and state agencies. Cynthia is president of Creative Business Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm in Topeka, Kan., that specializes in human resource and leadership issues.
Cynthia is a national speaker and co-author of Career Compass for Women and Power Tools for Success.

Loretta Summers is president of The Summers Advisory Group, specializing in human resources training and mediation.

Chris Tatham is one of the nation’s leading authorities on the development of statistically valid, community-based, market research for governmental organizations. During the past ten years, he has designed and implemented community-based research initiatives for more than 150 agencies in more than 30 states. Chris has an M.B.A. from Kansas State University, Management where he graduated first in class, and a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Princeton University where he graduated magna cum laude.

Terri Truesdale-Fraser is a senior consulting manager with TWG Consulting, Inc., a local management and marketing firm. Terri grew up in Latin America, is bilingual and has over 17 years experience in marketing to Hispanics, both in the U.S. and offshore. Leveraging her unique insights into both the U.S. and Hispanic cultures, she works with organizations to help them create plans to reach the Hispanic segment of the population.

Bob Thomas is a partner in the law firm of Thomas and Means, and Sheriff's Attorney for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Denice Watkins is a safety and training consultant, and recently was employed as safety and training officer with the Johnson County, Kansas Public Works Department.
