Dick Bundons retired as Academic Director of Community Outreach at Johnson County Community College. Bundons holds a master's degree in business administration and has experience in accounting and management in both the public and private sectors.

Creative Business Solutions (CBS) is a consulting firm that specializes in human resources issues and customized training.

Mona French is an independent consultant specializing in computer software. She develops curriculum for Microsoft Office products and provides proficiency training and assists users through classroom training and on-site sessions. Mona earned a master's degree in education from the University of Missouri.

Jack Enter, Ph.D., is a private law enforcement consultant based in Auburn, Goergia.

Tiffany Hentschel, M.A., SPHR, is a human resources manager for the Johnson County, Kansas Government and has been involved in training and development since 1990. Hentschel has trained people in the FISH philosophy, Myers-Briggs, performance appraisals and employment law. She has presented to the Kansas State Library Association, the National Public Library Association and the North Suburban Library Association in Chicago. Hentschel is a highly qualified instructor who is certified in Myers-Briggs and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). She holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned her graduate degree in human resources development from Webster University.

Jari Holland Buck is an organizational consultant and performance coach with more than 25 years experience in retail, wholesale, high technology, manufacturing and service-related organizations. In addition to her for-profit and nonprofit clients, Buck has worked on contract with MARC since 1996. She developed the MARC-sponsored facilitation certificate program and has provided services to many local governments. Buck earned her master's degree from Northwestern University.

Gayle Hopkins, SPHR, is the owner of Organizational Performance Solutions LLC in Lee's Summit, Mo. She has more than 20 years experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Hopkins has developed competency models for multiple organizations and has experience in succession planning, performance management, leadership development and helping managers improve the performance of their own departments.

Chief Glenn Ladd heads the North Kansas City, Mo., Police Department. Chief Ladd has been certified as a trainer of the Situational Leadership model by the Center for Leadership Studies in Escondido, Cal. He holds a master's degree in criminal justice administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Cheryl Kuhn is a local, independent training and organizational consultant. She has worked with organizations of all sizes and backgrounds, including Sprint, JP Morgan, Chase, Zales and KCP&L. She specializes in team building and customer service.

Jeanie Lauer, president of Management Edge, has more than 25 years of experience in management, training, operations, administration and marketing. Her expertise includes strategic planning, business development, problem solving, team building, human relations, process improvement, performance management and mediation. Lauer has a bachelor's degree in math from Southeast Missouri University and an M.B.A. degree from Central Michigan University. She has also continued her education with ongoing training and seminars pertaining to human performance technology, performance management, personnel issues and mediation.

Jerry Lickteig is a consultant with the Management Strategies Group, Inc., a management and industrial safety consulting firm.

Chad McAtee is a freelance writer and designer with Bulls-Eye Design in Blue Springs, Mo. Chad has been a trainer/facilitator at Johnson County Community College and has worked as a designer at Hallmark Cards. He has a B.A. from CMSU and is a graduate of the Milton Glaser Summer Art Program at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Randy Means is a partner in the law firm of Thomas and Means, and co-founder of the Southeastern Center for Police Law; he served as Police Attorney for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, from 1982 to 1990. He was formerly Chairman of the Legal Department at North Carolina's State Law Enforcement Training Center and Coordinator of Legal Training for the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. He has been a featured speaker at National Conferences of PRIMA, STRIMA, IPMA, IACP, FBINAA, National Academy of Corrections, and the National Conference of State Personnel Executives. He is currently retained by a variety of law enforcement agencies and associations. His Juris Doctor Degree is from the University of North Carolina School of Law. His work has been discussed on 60 Minutes and featured on Law Enforcement Television Network.

LaDene Morton has been providing technical and project management services to Kansas City nonprofits and public sector agencies for the past 30 years. Morton has helped prepare dozens of successful grant and bid proposals. She earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and is a published author and member of Kansas City�s Writer�s Place.

Carol Nalbandian, Ph.D., works with governing bodies, management teams and executives in strategic planning, goal setting and team building.

John Nalbandian, Ph.D., is a professor in the department of public administration at the University of Kansas, where he has taught since 1976. In 1998 and again in 2001, US News and World Report reported the University of Kansas' graduate program in public administration number one in the country for local government education. In addition to his faculty position, Professor Nalbandian served on the Lawrence, Kan., City Commission from 1991-1999, including two terms as mayor.

Brian Parr, has more than 13 years experience working in the GIS industry. He's worked as the GIS coordinator for the city of Manhattan, Kan., a project manager for Esri's Educational Services and the GIS manager for the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC). Parr is an Esri-certified desktop associate with experience in the areas of GIS management, spatial analysis, system implementation and GIS education. He currently works as a private contractor.

Susan Robinson, SPHR, has over 20 years experience in field of human resource development and organizational development. She specializes in evaluating the impacts of training and development and is a human performance analyst and instructional systems design specialist. She is principal of Strategic Learning Resource, LLC, in Lee's Summit, Mo.

Loretta Summers is president of The Summers Advisory Group, specializing in human resources training and mediation.

Chris Tatham is one of the nation's leading authorities on the development of statistically valid, community-based, market research for governmental organizations. During the past ten years, he has designed and implemented community-based research initiatives for more than 150 agencies in more than 30 states. Chris has an M.B.A. from Kansas State University, Management where he graduated first in class, and a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Princeton University where he graduated magna cum laude.

Terri Truesdale-Fraser has done Hispanic marketing, management and consultant work with local and national companies. Terri grew up in Latin America, is bilingual and has over 17 years experience in marketing to Hispanics, both in the U.S. and offshore. Leveraging her unique insights into both the U.S. and Hispanic cultures, she works with organizations to help them create plans to reach the Hispanic segment of the population.

Bob Thomas is a partner in the law firm of Thomas and Means, and Sheriff's Attorney for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Denice Watkins is a safety and training consultant. She formerly was employed as safety and training officer with the Johnson County, Kansas Public Works Department.
