Exhibit registration is now open. Booth availability and location is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitor Policies and Requirements

Application

Payment for the booth and description for the program must accompany the application. Applications and booth reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Register for a boothor call 816.701.8306.

Agreement

Upon acceptance of the application, the exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions listed here.

Cancellation

Cancellation by exhibitors via fax or in writing by June 1, 2013, will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellation after June 1, 2013, will result in a forfeiture of 50 percent of the registration fee.

Cleanliness

A clean building will be furnished at the start of each day. The exhibitors shall maintain and keep in good order their respective exhibit spaces. Smoking will not be allowed in the venue.

Liability

The exhibitor takes full responsibility for loses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to the exhibitor's display, equipment, and other property brought onto the hotel premises, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the agencies, sponsors, Overland Park Marriott, and authorized representatives or employees from and against all claims, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses.

Security

Exhibitors are responsible for securing their exhibits each night. The agencies, sponsors, Overland Park Marriott, and authorized representatives or employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Insurance

Neither the sponsors of the conference nor the Overland Park Marriott will maintain insurance coverage on property brought onto the hotel premises. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitors to obtain insurance coverage covering such losses.

Shipping

The hotel will accept packages up to three (3) days prior to the start of the conference free of charge. If you are shipping items more than three days prior to the conference, please contact the venue for options.

Building Policies

Decorations, signs, displays, etc. attached to any part of the building must be coordinated with Overland Park Marriott. If any portion of the exhibition hall or equipment is damaged by the exhibitor, it shall be the exhibitor’s responsibility to pay costs required to restore the premises to its original condition. All flammable materials are prohibited.

Phone/Internet

The Overland Park Marriott can provide exhibitors with phone and/or internet service. Contact the hotel's catering and convention services for costs.

Sales

Retail sales and the development of sales leads are allowed at the conference. Exhibitors are responsible for applicable sales licenses and taxes. Sales of food or beverages and games of chance, lotteries, etc. are prohibited.

Booth Description/Costs

The 2013 Region 7 LEPC/TERC Conference will feature an outside exhibit area this year. have four booth options. Exhibitors will be able to select their booth location subject to space requirements. Changes will be subject to availability and cost adjustment.

Each booth includes:
1 — 8' x 30" table covered and skirted
2 — folding chairs
1 — waste basket
1 — 7" x 44" sign
Electrical Service - 120 volt/5 AMP included
