Sponsorship

Sponsorship in the 2011 Region VII LEPC/TERC Conference assists local first responders and emergency planners keep up to date with the latest topics effecting their safety and the safety of the public they serve. By showing your support of the conference you show your support for these individuals and the work they do and you receive recognition for that support.

Platinum Level – $750

This level of sponsorship entitles your company to a plaque recognizing you as a “Platinum” level sponsor, name recognition at a sponsored event or activity, and recognition in the conference brochure and at the registration table. If your company plans to exhibit at the conference your company will also receive 1/2 off the price of an exhibit booth.

Gold Level – $500

This level of sponsorship entitles your company to a certificate recognizing you as a “Gold” level sponsor, name recognition at a morning or afternoon break, and recognition in the conference brochure and at the registration table.

Silver Level – $250

This level of sponsorship entitles your company to a certificate recognizing you as a “Silver” level sponsor and name recognition in the conference brochure and at the registration table.

$250 is the smallest contribution the conference can accept. If you wish to contribute a smaller amount we recommend you contact your local LEPC/TERC.
