This committee has an external focus on the needs of the patients. The committee’s principal mission is to assist patients in gaining appropriate medical care and effective care coordination.
Priorities:
- To design and implement a process that ensures patients are able to access appropriate, comprehensive health care.
- To design and implement a care coordination program to improve system navigation.
