The Kansas City Regional Purchasing Cooperative (KCRPC) is intended to be a full-service purchasing resource for local governments. While its principal activities are in generating cooperative contracts, the KCRPC also serves as a gateway for local governments to locate local piggyback contracts, state contracts, national contracts and other purchasing resources.
