H-GAC Contract Adminstrative Fees
The interlocal agreement (ILA #04-1443) between MARC/KCRPC and H-GAC extends the Texas contracts to our members at no additional administrative fee. Local dealers are utilized when available/applicable.
The table below reflects the administrative fee that will be assessed to any purchase under the agreement. The administrative fees on all purchases are set by H-GAC and split with MARC/KCRPC to help continue the local cooperative purchasing program.
