Construction (724k, updated 01/20/11)

Data starts as early as 1970 with varying degrees of detail and is usually available through the last full calendar month. Data includes:

• Residential permits by county (through November 2011)
• Census estimates of housing units by county (2000 to 2009)
• Single-family permits by city (through November 2011)
• Multi-family permits by city (through November 2011)
• Residential building construction value (through November 2011)
• Non-residential building construction value (through November 2011)
• Non-building construction value (through November 2011)
• Metropolitan square footage and value by year (through 2011)

Consumer Price Index/Cost of Living (571k, updated 01/31/12)

Consumer Price Index for the US from 1994 to 2010, and the MSA since 1918 through the current month, including:

• Detailed items for the MSA semi-annually (through the first half of 2011)
• Annual inflation by month for the US and every 6 months for the MSA (through December 2011)
• ACCRA Cost of Living Indicators for the MSA (through Annual Average for 2011)
