Officials to announce new initiatives within Green Impact Zone

What:   U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver and Green Impact Zone officials will announce new initiatives for energy conservation and home rehabilitation within the Green Impact Zone:

When:  Monday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m.
Where: The home of Renette Riley, 4336 Flora Ave., Kansas City, Mo. There is ample off-street parking on 44th Street, which is just south of the home.

There will be opportunities for media interviews with key stakeholders and program partners after the event, as well as video footage of actual energy audit work inside Riley’s home.
