Green Impact Zone Event Dec. 4: It’s a Party and it’s All About US — You and Sustainability

What:   The Green Impact Zone will celebrate its first year at a fun, zone-wide event, to include:

• Food, singing, dancing, door prizes and free pictures with Santa.
• A fun “Family Feud” style game show with prizes for residents and their neighborhoods.
• Information on weatherization, street improvements, utility bill management and more.

When:  Saturday, Dec. 4, 12 noon to 3 pm
Where: Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts, 4747 Flora Ave., Kansas City, Mo. 
Who:    Green Impact Zone and project partners.
Event sponsors: Mid-America Regional Council, KCP&L and the city of Kansas City, Mo.

There will be opportunities for media interviews with Green Impact Zone stakeholders and program partners during the event, as well as video footage of game show participation and children with Santa.
