9-1-1 Training

MARC offers more than 100 training courses for public safety personnel each year in its state-of-the-art facility at 600 Broadway, Suite 120, Kansas City, Mo., and at locations around the metro. For a complete course listing, download the calendar in PDF format. A course listing is available with online registration options.

To provide public safety agencies enhanced training opportunities, MARC formed the 9-1-1 Training Consortium in 2001. This membership program allows agencies to pay an annual fee — based on the number of allocated public safety communications positions in the agency — for unlimited enrollment in 9-1-1 Training Courses.

MARC’s Professional Development Series for public safety managers and supervisors offers
current, relevant information and ideas that public safety managers can immediately put to use in their day-to-day management. Series workshops are held bimonthly, with a buffet lunch, at the Royals' Stadium Club at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
