Closed-Up Conflict Resolution
January
31, 2008
11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Mid-America Regional Council offices
Conflict is an inevitable part of life. However, issues can arise when differences are faced in a destructive manner. When problems are managed in this way, the result is a demoralized and less-productive staff. Constructive conflict, on the other hand, yields increased creativity, stronger morale and more vibrant productivity. Without effective tools and techniques, resolving conflicts beyond a superficial level can be difficult for a manager. This presentation will offer effective tools for managing conflict and fostering in-depth collaboration.
