Professional Development Series — November

Personal Accountability

November 20, 2008
11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Mid-America Regional Council offices

A lack of personal accountability can be a serious problem in any work environment. Accepting responsibility and taking on tasks positively can improve our work and personal lives. Participants will learn to accept responsibility through their actions, be solution-focused and improve their team-player skills. Also, managers and supervisors will benefit from learning how to give, receive and solicit feedback for self-improvement.
