9-1-1 Liability

Course Description:

This one-day session will provide the student with a clear understanding of the potential liability exposure involved in receiving and processing emergency and routine calls for assistance on behalf of emergency response agencies. The goal of the session is to provide students with information that may be used to reduce the possibility of costly lawsuits.

• Jan. 30, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• May 21, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Aug. 11, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Oct. 24, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Location: 9-1-1 Training Center, 600 Broadway, Suite 120, Kansas City, Mo.

Fee: $89

Credit: Missouri Certified Telecommunicator Training -- 8 hours
