Refresher TTY Training
Course Description:
This session was designed to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act requirement for continued education for telecommunicators. This course will be conducted in MARC’s state-of-the-art 9-1-1 training center with hands-on exercises using PlantCML 9-1-1 Intelligent Workstations and live telephone lines. This course also covers basic TTY protocols and accepted practices as well as an overview of the ADA requirements that pertain to the 9-1-1 center. This course is intended for those who have previously attended TTY training.
