Basic Telecommunicator Training
Course Description:
Get started with this intensive course providing basic information needed by agency personnel to begin working in a police, fire, EMS or combined service communications center. Practical exercises are used to reinforce the knowledge gained from lecture and demonstration. This course satisfies the state of Missouri's 9-1-1 Training and Standards Act.

Credit: Missouri Certified Telecommunicator Training -- 40 hours
