9-1-1 Customer Service
Course Description:
Many telecommunicators may not realize that they provide customer service to callers, but for the callers, it is probably the most valuable customer service they will ever receive. This one-day session will provide participants with a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of public safety communications professionals in providing quality customer service to citizens dialing 9-1-1.
