Incident Dispatch Training
Course Description:
In some major incidents, telecommunicators may be asked to take on extended roles in command center communications. This 16-hour presentation provides telecommunicators with the skills and understanding needed to perform in the specific roles associated with incident dispatching. This training will enhance the understanding of incident operations and the need for quality communications at the scene and with the command center.

- Mar. 27–28, 2008, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Aug. 14–15, 2008, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Oct. 20–21, 2008, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
