Dispatcher Performance Enhancement
Course Description:
Participants in this course will be able to help advance their agency by overcoming resistance to change and improving teamwork. This eight-hour course will assist students in developing the ability to release individual and group potential and to change old habits, attitudes and beliefs that block performance. When applied, this program will enhance employees’ internal motivation, sense of personal accountability, and loyalty to personal and organizational goals.
