Police Communications II

Course Description:

This is the second installment in a series of training courses entirely focused on the law enforcement service. The course covers topics such as SWAT and raid operations, responder safety, resource management, clandestine methamphetamine labs, how to obtain critical information from small children and verbal judo for difficult callers. Police Communications I is not a prerequisite for this course.

Credit: Missouri Certified Telecommunicator Training -- 16 hours
