Course Description:

This is the fifth installment in a series of training courses entirely focused on the law enforcement service. The course topics include Incident Command System (ICS), bomb threat/explosion management, homeland security for dispatchers, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and 2–1–1 for 9-1-1 personnel.

Credit: Missouri Certified Telecommunicator Training -- 16 hours
