Course Description:
Communicating among colleagues is essential for success as a member of a team. This 24-hour course is facilitated with a high level of attendee participation and covers frameworks for personal effectiveness, taking responsibility for personal choices, overcoming negativity in the workplace, proactive approaches for positive results, tools for more effective workplace communications, understanding and working with different behavior styles for better workplace communications and putting conflict resolution into practice.
