gREEN COMMUTE cHALLENGE AWARDS breakfast
yOU'RE INVITED!
For the last two months, employees across Greater Kansas City took a lot of cars off the roads during peak travel times. By telecommuting, carpooling, riding the bus, bicycling and walking to work, Green Commute Challenge participants reduced greenhouse gas emissions and saved a bundle. In fact, we improved on last year's results by 13 percent!
To celebrate our success, members of the active employer teams are invited to the Green Commute Challenge Awards Breakfast.

What
Enjoy delicious coffee brewed by The Roasterie and fresh pastries donated by Soho Café and Bakery. We'll present awards for the top teams and best workplace promotions. For coffee-loving commuters who can stick around, a free tour of the plant will start at 10 a.m. Learn all about The Roasterie's cupping, roasting and blending process.

- Saved 688,528 miles of driving
- Saved $372,494 in driving costs
- Prevented 636,841 pounds of ozone-forming and greenhouse gas emissions
